Our services include automation, marketing, AI calling, and messaging solutions designed to help businesses grow. You agree to use these services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and carrier guidelines.

2. Electronic Communications & SMS Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number or email address through our website or forms, you agree and consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing messages (e.g., appointment reminders, offers, updates) from Rizing Communications. These messages may be sent using automated dialing technology, text, or email.

3. Account & Billing

When you subscribe to one of our plans, you authorize Rizing Communications to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on plan selection) until canceled. All billing is handled through secure third-party processors such as Stripe.

4. Termination and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing [email protected] or submitting a cancellation request through your client portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for misuse, spam complaints, or violations of our acceptable use and carrier compliance policies.

5. Compliance with Law

All users agree to comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding data privacy, marketing, and communication (including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and CTIA guidelines). Users are responsible for obtaining proper consent from their contacts before sending messages through our system.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rizing Communications shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We provide tools and automations on an “as-is” basis and make no guarantees of specific results.

7. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of WA, except for claims eligible for small claims court. We are located in Kent WA of the United States of America.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any updates will be posted to our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
